The staff were polite and hospitable throughout our stay.
The room we were given was quite dated, with a moving sink unit that was concerning. The heating was uncontrollable as we had to put cushions over the radiator. The breakfast experience was disappointing, as we had to repeatedly ask for our drinks and waited for food to be replenished, which detracted from enjoying our meals.

Ideal property with genuinely friendly staff and beautiful location to smoking area non. Location close to Ireland for a wedding staying here and the garden attached to the car park. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Johnstown Shopping Centre.

Hidden gems but service struggles
The room was comfortable and spacious, great for a relaxing evening after a long day. The friendly receptionist.
The dining service was a letdown. We waited too long just for drinks at the bar, and the breakfast lacked sufficient variety.

The hotel is exceptionally clean with a nice design and really helpful staff. It has an absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location adjacent to both the ardboyne and the newgrange hotels and excellent pub and food. Also, the venue is located 2 miles away from Saint Finian Church.

The staff really left an impression as they were so friendly & could not have been more helpful...& for that reason alone I would stay again & do plan to in the future...But over all I & my Family really enjoyed our stay in the hotel...not a single bad thing to say about the place at all

Could be better, read on
While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room needed some TLC. I enjoyed the delicious food, especially at dinner, but the breakfast could have offered more variety. The lovely garden area was a nice touch, perfect for relaxation after a long day. A few improvements could elevate the experience!

Bright, huge room with a private bathroom and shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The location excellent and fantastic in to the town centre.

The hotel's modern decor is a refreshing change, with comfortable rooms that feature a stylish feature wall behind the beds. The bathrooms are well-equipped with great over-bath showers, and the ambiance in the lobby is cute with ambient music enhancing the overall experience.
Limited dining options for breakfast.

We had a great stay at the Ardboyne Hotel. Splendid staff, great public areas, decent food and a very competitive price.
Unfortunately the bed was a bit soft and therefore not too good for our backs.

Impeccably clean accommodations and cute staff. The evening bar served superb food, and the breakfast selections, including warm dishes, were enjoyable. Noise disturbances from children running around in the lobby until late made relaxation difficult, and shared bathroom experiences were less than ideal due to high traffic. These factors detracted from what could have been a peaceful weekend away.
